Se trata del masculino identificado como A. M. V., quien fue aprehendido por autoridades
estadounidenses en Nueva Jersey.
Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax., 16 de agosto de 2022.- La colaboración Insterinstitucional entre la Fiscalía
General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) y la Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) de la
Embajada de Estados Unidos en México, permitió la aprehensión de la persona del sexo masculino
identificada como A. M. V., probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violación agravada en
contra de su hija menor de edad, cometido en el Distrito de Putla.
De acuerdo con la causa penal 267/2021, el 28 de enero de 2021, el imputado probablemente agredió
de manera sexual a la víctima en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en la población de El Porvenir,
perteneciente al municipio de La Reforma, en el Distrito de Putla.
Ante este hecho, la Institución de procuración de justicia inició los actos de investigación
correspondientes que permitieran ubicar al probable agresor sexual; con base en las investigaciones
iniciales de campo se determinó que el imputado habría viajado e ingresado a los Estados Unidos de
Norteamérica, por lo que se notificó a las autoridades de ese país, lo que permitió que personal del
ICE lo localizara y aprehendiera en el estado de Nueva Jersey.
Posteriormente, el pasado 10 de agosto, personal del ICE realizó la deportación controlada del
imputado, a través del Puente Internacional Fronterizo “Gateway”, que une a las ciudades de
Brownsville, Texas con Matamoros, Tamaulipas, donde fue entregado a la Policía Federal Ministerial
de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), quienes lo pusieron a disposición de Policías
investigadores de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Tamaulipas.
Tras ser asegurado, el 11 de agosto, A. M. V. fue puesto a disposición de elementos de la Agencia
Estatal de Investigaciones de la FGEO, quienes coordinaron su traslado a la entidad oaxaqueña para
ser presentado ante la autoridad ministerial que lo requirió, quien determinará su situación jurídica en
próximas horas.
La Fiscalía General colabora con órganos Internacionales y de la Federación para la búsqueda y
localización de responsables de delitos, a fin de presentarlos ante la justicia y hacer valer la Ley.
