Santa Cruz, Huatulco, Oax. Alrededor de las 2:00 am, vecinos del sector J, cerca del Cecati 148, solicitaron el apoyo de la Cruz Roja, pues frente a dicha institución se encontraba una persona tirada con lesiones en el cuerpo.
A la llegada de los paramédicos en la unidad OAX-085, encontraron a una persona de sexo masculino, ya sin signos vitales, muerto por lesiones de arma blanca, de nombre Herlindo Ramírez Luis de 19 años de edad, originario de Santa María Huatulco y quien al parecer manejaba un taxi del sitio “La Crucecita 1 A. C.”

Los elementos de la Policía Municipal, realizaron un operativo de búsqueda por los lugares cercanos, para ver si era posible localizar al atacante, obteniendo resultados negativos al encontrar solo la unidad marcada con el numero 11-780, unas cuadras más adelante, estacionada por el campo de futbol rápido, cerca de la primaria “Mi Patria es Primero”.
Al lugar acudieron minutos después, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, para realizar las pesquisas necesarias sobre este hecho, el levantamiento del cuerpo y comenzar la carpeta del expediente en búsqueda de quien o quienes resulten culpables de este crimen.
