Hasta cuando va a mantener el Gobernador Salomón Jara Cruz a un cómplice de delincuentes como Director de la PABIC, y que Alejandro Tejada Morales se ha visto involucrado en diversos actos de corrupción y el más reciente es el apoyo y respaldo que le brinda a los hermanos Juan e Iván Villaseca, al proporcionarles a elementos de esa corporación como escoltas personales.La prueba es el ataque armado que elementos de la PABIC realizaron por ordenes de los Villaseca contra habitantes de Tepuxtepec, y por lo cual fueron detenidos con rifles de asalto AK-47 y R-15, y a pesar de que se demostró con documentos, carpetas de investigaciones, armas, identificaciones y autorizaciones, Tejada Morales guardó silencio y movió sus influencias para lograr la liberación de sus elementos.
En la investigación FED/OAX/000784/2025, la FGR demostró que los elementos de la Policía Auxiliar Bancaria e Industrial (PABIC) Ladislao Pacheco Ortiz e Ismael Ángel Pacheco Méndez, dos de los detenidos, están registrados como escoltas de los hermanos Villaseca, destinados para la empresa Organizadora y Eventos VIGOCE S. de R. L. de C. V. con domicilio en Calle de Emilio Carranza No. 904 esq. Heroica Escuela Naval Militar, en la Col. Reforma en Oaxaca de Juárez, según el oficio PABIC/DRVC/5158/2024. Y que está firmado por el comandante Marcelino Ruiz quien es el delegado regional de Valles Centrales de la corporación policíaca, a quienes les autorizaron portación de armas pistolas 9 mm.
Lo anterior, ha provocado que el propio secretario de seguridad federal Omar García Harfuch vaya tras la detención de Alejandro Tejada, a quien consideran un obstáculo para la estrategia de seguridad de la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.
