Chahuites, Oax., 27 de enero del 2023.- En el marco de la presentación del programa “De Oaxaca para el Mundo”, como parte de la Estrategia Oaxaqueña de Seguridad Alimentaria, el Gobernador del Estado, Salomón Jara Cruz, inauguró en el municipio de Chahuites la empacadora de mango “Don Pancho” y dio el banderazo de salida al primer embarque de la fruta en su tipo “Ataulfo” y “Tommy”, con destino a los Estados Unidos de donde tienen una gran demanda por su calidad y sabor.
El objetivo de esta política pública, consiste en dar acompañamiento en todo el proceso de elaboración de los productores, incrementando las ventas de ellos y promoviendo la exportación de sus productos para ampliar el mercado e impulsar la economía.
Además, en cumplimiento al eje estratégico para garantizar la Construcción de las Bases de Desarrollo Integral y Sustentable de las ocho regiones de la entidad para este 2023, también se diseñó una política especial para contar con un Fondo de Garantía Líquida fuerte y sin manejo discrecional a diferencia de ciclos pasados.
Acompañado de los empresarios Vicente y Otilio Marín Rodríguez, el Mandatario oaxaqueño celebró la inversión de 60 millones de pesos por parte de la familia Marín, cuyos integrantes, son ejemplo para las mujeres y hombres de negocios, ya que reflejan la confianza que la iniciativa privada tiene en la administración estatal a 59 días de haber iniciado la gestión.
El titular del Poder Ejecutivo agradeció el apoyo de las y los diputados locales, quienes aprobaron para este año un presupuesto sin precedentes para el campo oaxaqueño, lo cual permitirá dar un impulso al sector agroindustrial.
Adelantó que, la próxima semana el Gobierno del Estado firmará con los Fideicomisos Instituidos con Relación a la Agricultura (FIRA), un convenio para potenciar, en una primera fase, cerca de 800 millones de pesos para créditos. Asimismo, el Gobierno de Oaxaca pondrá las garantías líquidas que requieran los productores.
Se apoyará también en el pago de las certificaciones orgánicas, lo que significa que todos los productores que vendan sus mercancías en los mercados nacionales e internacionales, y requieren una certificación, serán apoyados con un porcentaje.
Jara Cruz expuso que las estrategias delineadas junto con el Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec (CIIT), permitirán potencializar a la Zona Oriente de la región.
Recordó que el Interoceánico tendrá, sólo este año, una inversión por el orden de los tres mil 800 millones de pesos, por lo que convocó a aprovechar los beneficios que el CIIT ofrece para llevar los productos oaxaqueños al mercado estadounidense.
El gobernante oaxaqueño indicó que la supercarretera Oaxaca-Istmo, que es otro de los proyectos estratégicos, traerá un sinfín de oportunidades comerciales.
Señaló que Oaxaca tiene todo para superar la pobreza y marginación, y solo le hacía falta un buen gobierno, que sea transparente y honesto.
“Nosotros somos un gobierno que apoya a la gente y que trabaja como el pueblo lo demanda, porque no se puede gobernar en contra de la voluntad del pueblo, no se puede gobernar a contracorriente”, afirmó.
Recursos por 630 mdp para que 25 mil familias, con mayor marginación, produzcan sus propios alimentos
En su oportunidad, Víctor López Leyva, secretario de Fomento Agroalimentario y Desarrollo Rural (Sefader), aseguró que el gobierno que encabeza Salomón Jara, apoyará al campo oaxaqueño que por años estuvo abandonado.
Manifestó que se diseñaron políticas públicas para el sector agropecuario, como la enfocada para producir una alimentación sana, eficiente y nutritiva, y que los sectores más desprotegidos puedan producir sus propios alimentos.
“Se ha implementado un presupuesto de 630 millones de pesos para que 25 mil familias con mayor índice de marginación, de 250 municipios más pobres de Oaxaca, puedan producir sus propios alimentos como maíz, frijol, calabaza, chiles, hortalizas y aves de traspatio”, explicó.
Detalló que, mediante la estrategia “De Oaxaca para el Mundo”, se plantean también un Fondo de garantía para el sector productivo, la inyección de 50 millones de pesos para este sector, facilitar el acceso a los créditos a una tasa de interés más baja, el acompañamiento a los productores para la búsqueda de nuevos mercados y el acceso a nuevas inversiones para consolidar, crecer y ampliar las exportaciones.
A su vez, el gerente general de la empresa “Don Pancho”, Miguel Alar Nicolás, informó al gobernante oaxaqueño que la planta representa una inversión de 60 millones de pesos y generará 550 empleos, entre directos e indirectos.
La planta tiene una capacidad de exportación de cuatro contenedores diarios de 100 toneladas de mango, los cuales se enviarán a los Estados Unidos, también exportará el fruto en una menor cantidad a Japón.
Abundó que al país nipón se enviará diariamente un “palet” de una tonelada, lo que representa 100 toneladas al año.
Precisó que, con la puesta en marcha de la planta, se logrará empaquetar el excedente de mango que se tiene en los meses de marzo y abril, que es cuando se alcanza el pico de producción, el cual se quedaba debido a la carencia de una empacadora.
Finalmente, el presidente municipal de Chahuites, Joaquín Martínez López, dio a conocer que Oaxaca es el cuarto estado a nivel nacional en la exportación de mango con 100 millones de toneladas anuales, de las cuales 25 mil se producen en este municipio.
