Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax., 18 de enero de 2023.- Encabezados por el Gobernador de Oaxaca, Salomón Jara Cruz, integrantes del Gabinete Legal y Ampliado de la administración pública estatal realizaron la entrega de su Declaración Patrimonial y de Intereses, en atención al compromiso de gobernar de manera honesta, transparente y austera.
Esta responsabilidad cumplida por el Mandatario estatal y el funcionariado público materializa las estrategias y ejes gubernamentales para lograr un Nuevo Pacto Social para vivir en paz, así como acciones en el combate a la corrupción.
En el marco de esta importante actividad, el titular del Poder Ejecutivo afirmó que, este acto representa la honestidad y trasparencia bajo las cuales se regirá la administración de la Cuarta Transformación, y un ejemplo de cómo se inhibirán los actos de corrupción.
“Con el inicio de esta nueva historia en Oaxaca, es posible formar parte de un gobierno en el cual se impedirá la corrupción desde arriba. No se ejercerá el enriquecimiento ilícito, ni el conflicto de interés, ni ninguna otra conducta que afecte los intereses del pueblo; a diferencia del pasado, se terminó el tráfico de influencias y ahora el gobierno estará enfocado en atender las necesidades primordiales del pueblo”, aseguró.
En su oportunidad la titular de la Secretaría de Honestidad, Transparencia y Función Pública, Leticia Elsa Reyes López explicó que, como Órgano Interno de Control competente en términos de la Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado y Municipios de Oaxaca, se encargará de verificar, a través de las declaraciones patrimoniales, la evolución del patrimonio de las personas servidoras públicas. Además, determinará la congruencia de los ingresos y egresos reportados por las personas servidoras públicas y, con ello, prevenir y detectar posibles casos de enriquecimiento inexplicable o injustificado.
