Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax., 8 de noviembre de 2022.- En puntual seguimiento al caso, la Fiscalía General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) coordinó y ejecutó un cateo en la Heroica Ciudad de Huajuapan de León, en la región de la Mixteca, acción que permitió el aseguramiento de un vehículo en el que se transportó mercancía robada propiedad de la empresa Truper S. A. de C. V.
Cabe señalar que se trata de un segundo cateo implementado por la Vicefiscalía Regional de la Mixteca en un domicilio particular ubicado en la colonia San Mateo de Huajuapan de León, donde el pasado 29 de octubre del año en curso se localizó mercancía robada y productos de diferentes marcas de diversos robos, además de que se localizó un vehículo tipo camión de la marca Freightliner con caja seca, que contaba con reporte de robo vigente; en esta fecha, dicho inmueble fue asegurado por la FGEO.
Esta segunda acción -ejecutada por elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones- fue realizada el pasado 6 de noviembre, dando cumplimiento al mandato judicial asentado en la causa penal 66/2022, donde se logró el aseguramiento de un vehículo tipo camión, marca ISUZU con caja seca, mismo que se encuentra bajo investigación por ser el medio que utilizaron para transportar mercancía robada, el cual fue puesto a disposición de la autoridad competente.
De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación 37249/FMIX/HUAJUAPAN/2022, el 27 de octubre de 2022, sujetos desconocidos que portaban armas de fuego interceptaron y despojaron a los operadores del vehículo y la mercancía propiedad de la empresa que transportaban, cuando circulaban en el tramo carretero Nochixtlán – Huajuapan, en inmediaciones de la población de Reforma.
De manera continua, la Fiscalía de Oaxaca implementa acciones contundentes en el combate a la delincuencia y la criminalidad en las regiones de la entidad.
