- La FGEO y elementos de la AEI realizan los actos de investigación por un incidente armado, suscitado en la localidad de Piedra de Amolar.
Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax., 17 de julio de 2022.- La Fiscalía General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) inició carpeta de investigación por el delito de homicidio y lesiones calificadas, luego de un ataque armado suscitado en jurisdicción de San Miguel Soyaltepec, en la región de la Cuenca, donde perdió la vida un elemento de la Policía Estatal de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Oaxaca (SSPO), incidente en el que también resultó herido otro efectivo, además de que se reporta el fallecimiento de una mujer y un masculino herido.
De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación 24708/FCUE/TUXTEPEC/2022, la noche del 16 de julio del año en curso, elementos de la Policía Estatal fueron agredidos con disparos de arma de fuego por sujetos desconocidos. El ataque ocurrió cuando realizaban acciones de prevención del delito en inmediaciones de la localidad de Piedra de Amolar, perteneciente a San Miguel Soyaltepec.
A raíz de este incidente armado, perdió la vida el efectivo identificado como B. S. P., además de que otro policía resultó herido (quien recibe atención médica especializada); asimismo, se reportó el fallecimiento de una mujer por disparo de arma de fuego y un masculino que presentó lesiones.
Al tener conocimiento de este delito, la Institución de procuración de justicia -a través de la Vicefiscalía Regional de la Cuenca-, desplegó a su personal multidisciplinario, conformado por Agentes Estatales de Investigación, peritos y Agentes del Ministerio Público, trasladándose al lugar de los hechos para realizar las pesquisas iniciales, a fin de iniciar los actos de investigación pertinentes para esclarecer con prontitud este crimen y dar con los responsables.
La Fiscalía General garantiza una exhaustiva investigación y reitera su convicción de no permitir actos violentos que atenten contra la paz social.
